Biological Activity for Pregabalin

Anticonvulsant and antiepileptic; also used to treat neuropathic pain. Binds with high affinity and selectivity to the α₂δ subunit of voltage-sensitive Ca²⁺ channels and modulates their activity. Displays anxiolytic-like activity in ethological and conflict models of anxiety. Analog of GABA (Cat. No. 0344).
