Product Description

Janelia Fluor® 585, BromoCatch™ Ligand is a fluorogenic BromoCatch™ ligand functionalized with Janelia Fluor® 585, designed for real-time, no-wash imaging of BromoCatch-tagged proteins in live cells. Upon covalent binding to the BromoCatch™ tag, this probe undergoes a fluorescence switch-on due to the environmental sensitivity of the Janelia Fluor® 585 dye, delivering bright signal with minimal background fluorescence. Compatible with super-resolution imaging and suitable for dynamic cellular studies, Janelia Fluor® 585, BromoCatch™ Ligand offers a powerful tool for live-cell tracking of BromoCatch-tagged proteins with excellent photostability and imaging contrast.
