Stability & Storage

Storage of components varies. See protocol for specific instructions.

Background: Arachidonic Acid

The minimum detectable dose of human AA is typically less than 69.748 ng/ml. The sensitivity of this assay, or Lower Limit of Detection (LLD) was defined as the lowest human AA concentration that could be differentiated from zero. It was determined the mean O.D value of 20 replicates of the zero standard added by their three standard deviations.

Alternate Names

506-32-1, 506-32-1 ELISA, AA ELISA, ARA, Omega-6 Fatty Acid
