BromoCatch™ Expression Plasmid (N-term, His tag, pTK, HygB)

This plasmid enables expression of proteins fused to the BromoCatch™ tag, a covalent self-labeling tag derived from a BET bromodomain. BromoCatch™ forms a rapid, specific covalent bond with functionalized small-molecule probes for live-cell labeling, protein isolation, or targeted degradation. The vector expresses an N-terminal BromoCatch fusion protein with a 6×His tag, glycine-serine linker, and multiple cloning sites, driven by the TK promoter with hygromycin B resistance for selection.

The product is shipped at ambient temperature. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.

Store the unopened product at -20 to -70 °C. Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Do not use past expiration date.
