Non-infected (-) and infected (+) BHK-21 whole cell extracts were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Zika Virus NS1 antibody [HL2567] (NBP3-48698) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
