Western Blot:[NBP3-29200]-Detection of human ZBTB10 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZBTB10 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ZBTB10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZBTB10 antibody , which recognizes a downstream epitope.
