Immunoprecipitation: YB1 Antibody (9J7M4) [NBP3-16213] - Immunoprecipitation of YB1 from 200 ug extracts of HeLa cells was performed using 0.5 ug of YB1 Rabbit mAb . Rabbit IgG isotype control was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input. Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using YB1 Rabbit mAb at a dilution of 1:1000.
