ELISA: TetR Antibody [NBP3-13727] - Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant TetR protein (162.21-2.53 nM). Coated protein was probed with TetR antibody (NBP3-13727) (1 ug/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.
