Various tissue extracts (5 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PDYN antibody [HL2573] (NBP3-48699) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
