Immunoprecipitation: NOLC1 Antibody [NBP1-22981] - Detection of human NOPP140 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from K-562 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NOPP140 antibody NBP1-22981 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. NOPP140 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NOPP140 antibody NBP1-22982, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated NOPP140, NBP1-22981 was used at 1 ug/ml.
