HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line was stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse a-Fetoprotein/AFP PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC1368P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002P, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005). a-Fetoprotein/AFP knockout HepG2 hepatocellular carcinoma cell line was stained with PE-conjugated Mouse Anti-Human a-Fetoprotein/AFP Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC1368P, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC002P, open histogram). No staining in the a-Fetoprotein/AFP knockout HepG2 cell line was observed.
