Western Blot: Enterovirus D68 VP1 Antibody [NBP3-13081] -
Non-infected (-) and infected (+) RD whole cell extracts (5 ug) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Enterovirus D68 VP1 antibody (NBP3-13081) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
