Immunoprecipitation:ELL2 AntibodyNBP3-29804] -Detection of human ELL2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ELL2 antibody NBP3-29804 (lot NBP3-29804-3) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ELL2 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP3-29804-1). For blotting immunoprecipitated ELL2, NBP3-29804 was used at 0.1 µg/ml.
