Western blot analysis on different lysates with NBP3-32089 at 1/500 dilution. Lane 1: MCF-7 cell lysate Lane 2: PC-3 cell lysate Lane 3: 293 cell lysate Lane 4: K562 cell lysate Lane 5: A431 cell lysate Lane 6: THP-1 cell lysate Lane 7: A549 cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 10 µg/Lane. Predicted band size: 88 kDa Observed band size: 77 kDa Exposure time: 2 minutes; 8% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% NFDM/TBST for 1 hour at room temperature. NBP3-32089 at 1/500 dilution was used in 5% NFDM/TBST at room temperature for 2 hours. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG [HRP] Secondary Antibody at 1:300,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.Applications for BAAT1 Antibody (JE64-71)
