In this application note, the performance of Maurice and MauriceFlex systems were compared for CE-SDS:
- Four different biotherapeutic molecules – bispecific antibody, monoclonal antibody (mAb), fusion protein, and AAV were analyzed
- %PA, %RSD, peak areas, and relative migration times were consistent between systems
- Both instruments are suitable for CE-SDS analysis, across multiple stages of development
