DuoSet IC (Intracelluar) ELISA Development Systems
DuoSet IC (Intracellular) kits offer a fast, sensitive and economical method to detect and quantify intracellular factors in cell lysate samples. These signal transduction assays offer an attractive alternative to traditional Western Blot, providing up to 10 to 30 times more sensitivity.
DuoSet IC (Intracellular) Phospho-specific ELISA kits measure the amount of phosphorylated protein in cell lysates using activity using a specifically targeted detection antibody included in the kit. Targets include kinases, heat shock, apoptosis-related and genotoxic stress proteins.

Supplemental products are available in a convenient Ancillary Reagent Kit for performing five 96-well assays.
