WAY 161503 hydrochloride is a potent and selective 5-HT2C receptor agonist (Ki = 4 nM; EC50 = 12 nM). Shows approximately 2-fold selectivity for 5HT2C over 5HT2A in HEK293 cell lines (EC50 = 7.3 nM and 12 nM, respectively).
