Product Description
TH 1760 is a potent and selective NUDT15 (nudix hydrolase 15) inhibitor (IC50 = 29 nM). Displays selectivity for NUDT15 when assayed at 100 μM against other Nudix enzymes (MTH1, NUDT2, 5, 9, 12, 14, 18, 22) and pyrophosphatases or at 10 μM when assayed with a Eurofins Cerep Safety Screen44 panel. In vitro, TH 1760 treatment sensitizes cancer cell lines (NB4 and HL-60) to thiopurine.Product Specifications
