Product Description

SKLB-11A is a potent and selective allosteric activator of SIRT3 (Kd = 4.7 μM), enhancing its deacetylation activity (EC50 = 22 μM). SKLB-11A showed no binding to SIRT5 or SIRT6, and low binding affinity for SIRT1 and SIRT2 (Kd values exceeded 200 μM, 40 times lower than its affinity for SIRT3).

In vitro and in vivo, SKLB-11A induces autophagy, leading to cardioprotective efficacy.
