Product Description
SATA (Succinimidyl 2-(acetylthio)acetate) is a reagent for the covalent modification of primary amines. Adds sulfhydryl groups to amine-containing biomolecules, such as proteins and antibodies, enabling conjugation with other molecules. SATA can be conjugated to antibodies and coupled with lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) modified with DSPE-PEG-maleimide (Cat. No. 7947).Product Specifications
