CBL-B intramolecular glue inhibitor
Product Description
NX 1607 (Cbl-b-IN-3) is an inhibitor of CBL-B (Casitas B-lineage lymphoma proto-oncogene B), a RING-type E3 ubiquitin ligase. NX 1607 acts as an intramolecular glue. In vitro, NX 1607 activates MAPK/ERK signaling pathway and enhances T-cell activation in primary T cells and Jurkat T cells. In vivo, NX 1607 decreases tumor growth in cell lymphoma models. NX 1607 is orally bioavailable.Licensing Information
