Biological Activity for NK 7-902

NK 7-902 is a potent and selective molecular glue Degrader of NIMA related kinase 7 (NEK7) (DC₅₀= 0.2 nM; D_max > 95%). It displays selectivity for NEK7 across all proteins quantified in a proteomics analysis of human primary monocytes and induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSc). Fully degrades NEK7 in human primary monocytes. Partially inhibits NLRP3-dependent IL-1β production. In mice, NK 7-902 induces degradation of NEK7 (30x higher DC₅₀) relative to human primary cells. Orally bioavailable.
