HKC54 is a potent and selective TRPV2 covalent inhibitor (IC50 = 0.4 μM). Displays 50-fold and 70-fold selectivity over TRPV1 and TRPA1, respectively. In vitro, inhibits cancer cell migration. In Balb/c mice, it suppresses metastasis in lung metastasis model of breast cancer.Product Specifications
