H+-ATPase activator; activates autophagy; inactivates mTORC1 signaling
Key Product Details
Description
H+-ATPase activator; activates autophagy; inactivates mTORC1 signaling
Product Description
EN6 is an activator of lysosomal vacuolar H+ ATPase (v-ATPase). EN6 covalently binds to the catalytic subunit of v-ATPase leading to increased acidification of lysosomes, inactivation of mTORC1 signaling and activation of autophagy in vivo. EN6 triggers entosis and promotes clearance of TDP43 protein aggregates in vitro.Product Specifications
