Product Description
DSRM-3716 is a potent, reversible inhibitor of SARM1 NAD(+) hydrolase (IC50 = 75 nM), which displays selectivity for SARM1 over related enzymes NAMPT and NMNAT and a panel of receptors and transporters. In vitro, DSRM-3716 decreases cyclic adenosine diphosphate ribose (cADPR) levels in mouse dorsal root ganglia (DRG) neurons, and protects mouse DRG and iPSC-derived human motor neurons against axonal degeneration. In axons with rotenone (Cat. No. 3616)-induced mitochondrial injury, DSRM-3716 rescues axons displaying indicators of degeneration.Product Specifications
