C26-A2 inhibits the interaction between MTDH and SND1 by blocking the SND1 pocket. C26-A2 disrupts MTDH-SND1 complex-induced reduction in tumor antigen presentation and T cell infiltration; enhancing immune surveillance and sensitivity to anti-PD-1 therapy in metastatic breast cancer mouse models. C26-A6 suppresses tumor growth (IC50 = 12.3 μM) and metastasis and enhances chemotherapy sensitivity in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) mouse models.Product Specifications
