Product Description
BAPTA AM is a selective calcium chelator that is the cell-permeable analog of BAPTA (Cat. No. 2786). Blocks hKv1.5, hKV11.1 (hERG) and hKv1.3 channels (Ki values are 1.23, 1.30 and 1.45 μM respectively). Displays antithrombotic activity in vitro.F 127 (Cat. No. 6253) for the solubilization of BAPTA AM is also available.
