Biological Activity for Alprostadil

Alprostadil is a prostaglandin with some selectivity for EP₃ and EP₄ receptors (K_i values are 1.1, 2.1, 36, 10 and 33 nM for mouse EP₃, EP₄, EP₁, EP₂ and IP receptors respectively). Inhibits platelet aggregation and is a vasodilator in vivo.
