Activity
Recombinant Human USP47 is a Ubiquitin deconjugating enzyme. Reaction conditions will need to be optimized for each specific application. We recommend an initial concentration of 10-100 nM USP47 when using Ubiquitin-AMC (U-550) or Ubiquitin-Rhodamine (U-555) as a substrate.
