What are the sample volume and cell concentration limits for the Bulk Sorting Cartridge? Load up to 600 uL of cell sample diluted in your preferred cell media or diluent. Bulk sorting cartridges can optimally sort at event rates of up to 50 events/second, which correspond to between 100,000-500,000 cells/mL, and can reach output purities of up to 90%. Higher cell concentrations, up to 150M cells/mL, can be optimized using the "enrichment" workflow.
