Human TGF-beta 3 ELISA Standard Curve

Recombinant Human TGF-beta 3 (Catalog # 243-B3) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-TGF-beta 3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB643) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Goat Anti-TGF-beta 3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF-243-NA) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)

The active form of TGF-beta 3 is a disulfide-linked homodimer which is generated by activation of the latent TGF-beta 3 complex. TGF-beta s are multifunctional cytokines that activate or repress multiple genes in a wide variety of cell types. Depending on the cell context, TGF-beta can control many cellular processes including growth, morphogenesis, and apoptosis.
