Western Blot: TEAD1 Antibody (13112) [NBP2-43581] - HeLa whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TEAD1 antibody [GT13112] (NBP2-43581) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
