Antibodies: Rabbit anti-Senataxinrecombinant monoclonal antibody used for IP at 6 ul per reaction. Senataxin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Senataxin antibodies. For blottingimmunoprecipitated Senataxin, was used at1:1000. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10seconds.
