The Mouse T Cell Inhibitory Receptor (Blocking) Antibody Sampler Pack contains antibodies to block the receptor-ligand interaction of common T cell inhibitory receptors, including PD-1, CTLA-4, LAG-3 and TIGIT. Immune cells expressing these inhibitory receptors are found during chronic viral infection and within the TME of many solid tumors. Blocking inhibitory receptor-ligand interaction can restore T/NK cell functionality. All antibodies have been validated in vitro for blocking/neutralization of receptor-ligand interaction.
