Scientific Data Images for Mouse alpha2-Macroglobulin Antibody
Detection of Mouse alpha2-Macroglobulin by Western Blot.
Western blot shows samples of purified a2-Macroglobulin from mouse sera. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL Sheep Anti-Mouse a2-Macroglobulin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5798) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band for a2-Macroglobulin was detected at approximately 180 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Applications for Mouse alpha2-Macroglobulin Antibody
