Detects human Integrin beta5 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) Integrin beta5 is observed, and less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Integrin beta1, rhIntegrin beta3, rhIntegrin beta4, rhIntegrin beta6 and rmIntegrin beta7 is observed.
