Scientific Data Images for Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) - Azide and BSA Free

Western Blot: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717]

Western Blot: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717]

Western Blot: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717] - Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Influenza A virus NP (nucleoprotein) antibody [HL1098] (NBP3-13717) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (NBP2-19301) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717]

Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717]

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717] - Immunofluorescent analysis of influenza virus infected cells using Influenza A nucleoprotein antibody (NBP3-13717). Sample: Influenza A and B Virus infected cells slide. Green: Influenza A nucleoprotein antibody (NBP3-13717) diluted at 1:100.
Sandwich ELISA: Influenza A nucleoprotein Antibody (HL1098) [NBP3-13717] - Sandwich ELISA detection of recombinant Influenza A nucleoprotein protein (A/California/2009 (H1N1)), DDDDK Tag using antibodies as below. Capture: Influenza A nucleoprotein antibody [HL1098] (NBP3-13717) (5 ug/mL) Detection: HRP-conjugated Influenza A nucleoprotein antibody [HL1103] (NBP3-13721) (1 ug/mL) Please notice that NBP3-13721 needs to be conjugated to HRP to function as the detection antibody when paired with NBP3-13717. Please contact us for custom HRP-conjugated antibody.

Background: Influenza A nucleoprotein

The nucleoprotein (NP) of Influenza virus encapsulates the negative strand of the viral RNA and is essential for replicative transcription. It may also be involved in other essential functions throughout the virus life cycle. As well as binding ssRNA, NP is able to self associate to form large oligomeric complexes. NP is able to interact with a variety of other macromolecules of both viral and cellular origins. It binds the PB1 and PB2 subunits of the polymerase and the matrix protein M1. "NP has also been shown to interact with at least four cellular polypeptide families: nuclear import receptors of the importin class, filamentous (F) actin, the nuclear export receptor CRM1 and a DEAD box helicase BAT1/UAP56" (Portela et al 2002).
