Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L (Catalog # 308-FK or 308-FKN) stimulates proliferation in the BaF3 mouse pro-B cell line transfected with mouse Flt-3 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Proliferation elicited by Recombinant Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L (5 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Human Flt-3 Ligand/FLT3L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB308).
