Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: HSP60 Antibody [NBP1-77397] - HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes and permeabilized in 0.05% Triton X-100 in PBS for 5 minutes. The cells were incubated with HSP60 Antibody (NBP1-77397) at 1 ug/ml overnight at 4C and detected with an anti-rabbit Dylight 488 (Green) at a 1:1000 dilution for 60 minutes. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Application Notes
In Western Blot, a band is seen ~61 kDa representing Hsp60. Prior to immunostaining paraffin tissues, antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) is recommended. In Simple Western only 10-15 uL of the recommended dilution is used per data point.
