Immunoprecipitation:GMPS AntibodyNBP3-29401] -Detection of human GMP synthase by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GMP synthase antibody NBP3-29401 used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. GMP synthase was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GMP synthase., which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated GMP synthase, was used at 1 µg/ml.
