Immunoprecipitation:FAM114A2 AntibodyNBP3-29091] -Detection of human FAM114A2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-FAM114A2 antibody (NBP3-29091 lot 1) used for IP at 2 µg per reaction. FAM114A2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-FAM114A2 antibody BL23181.
