Scientific Data Images for Digoxigenin Antibody
Detection of Digoxigenin by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Goat IgG labeled with Digoxigenin. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Digoxigenin Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB75201) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). Specific bands were detected for IgG labeled with Digoxigenin at approximately 25 and 55 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Digoxigenin Antibody
