Immunoprecipitation:ARHGEF10 AntibodyNBP3-29456] -Detection of human ARHGEF10 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ARHGEF10 antibody NBP3-29456 used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ARHGEF10 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ARHGEF10., which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated ARHGEF10,was used at 0.4 µg/ml.
