Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29139]-Detection of human APBA2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-APBA2 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. APBA2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-APBA2 antibody.
