Verified Customer | Posted 03/25/2021RAW 264.7 cell line cultured with DMEM + fetal bovine serum 10%. Different cell quantities were seeded in 96 well plates (each quantity per triplicate). Incubation with XTT solution was 4 h. Data shows average + SEM.
