Description
Store vial at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Horse IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-Rabbit Serum, Horse IgG, Horse IgG F(ab')2 and Horse Serum

ELISA: Rabbit anti-Equine IgG F(ab')2 Secondary Antibody [Alkaline Phosphatase] [NBP1-72636] - ELISA Results of Rabbit anti-Equine IgG F(ab')2 Secondary antibody [Alkaline Phosphatase] tested against purified Horse IgG F(ab')2 Alk Phos. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 ug of Horse IgG F(ab')2. The working dilution is 14,700. The starting dilution of antibody was 5ug/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using Alkaline Phosphatase ELISA Substrate Buffer and NPP Working Buffer.
