Western Blot: Sphingosine Kinase 1/SPHK1 Antibody [NBP3-23415] - Western blot image of recombinant his-tagged human Sphingosine Kinase 1/SPHK1 protein that was phosphorylated with ERK-2. Blots were probed with anti-Sphingosine Kinase 1/SPHK1 (Central Region) (NBP3-23415; lanes 1-3) and anti-Sphingosine Kinase 1/SPHK1 (Ser-225) (NBP3-23421; lanes 4-6).
