Western Blot:[NBP3-29859]-Detection of human Pat1b by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa , HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Pat1b antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. Pat1b was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Pat1b antibodies and , which recognize downstream epitopes.
