Western Blot:[NBP3-29886]-Detection of human IRAK1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa , HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-IRAK1 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. IRAK1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-IRAK1 antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope.
