Recombinant Human/Mouse/Rat BMP-2 (Catalog # 355-BM) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human BMP-2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3551) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Mouse Anti-Human BMP-2/BMP-4 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB3552) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)

Background: BMP-2
